My Ticket to Blizzard Empty My Ticket to Blizzard

This applies to all characters of mine: if i enter a dungeon, the loading screen locks or does not load before i enter, i then crash the game and try again, i either get in or i have been removed from the group and then have to wait some time as deserter from dungeon has kicked in.
I also log into game and stick on 90% loading screen and i have to crash my pc. i have reset my game menu settings, reformated pc, and redownloaded the wow game.
i am very angry as i know others in my guild had the same problem.
i am 48 years old and do wish to be treated like a minor in reply to this ticket as this will realy upset me and stop playing this game, and i have 3 x accounts being paid for by myself.
what you have to understand when a ticket is put forward to you is that people like me are angry with game time lost and in return from a ticket is silly childish jibber about Azeroth, personaly that does not make a responce from a ticket make things better to an adult who is wanting to play online with his/her adult real life friends.
this problem i have with dungeons and connections to the loading screen has been ongoing now for 4-5 days now.
please do not pm me ingame with "i how can i help you" please read this ticket and reply with, "hi, i have read your ticket and here to tell you how to fix it" etc....

probably you done this already but i found a topic where they said this worked for a problem like yours.

1. Update video drivers 
2. Reduce the liquid detail to low in video options 
3. Disable the sunshaft in video options

i just redid all 3 x options, still no good and nothing back from a GM as yet.

Hello,

" hi, i have read your ticket and here to tell you how to fix it "

And here is how to fixed the DC issue you are having.

Turn the router off [ pull the power supply out ] for at least 5 minutes. Power it back on [ put power supply back in ] and then read the email I sent toy our ' Out Of Game ' email address.

follow the steps for the folders and files to delete, how to find hidden files ect - I apologise for how it is written, but it is for people who know nothing and so it is very basic.

Once done, your issue will be solved - it is how I solved it for me so it will work for you too. I apologise for the issue but hope the game makes up for the issue syou have had to deal with.
